Because each piece is produced exclusively for the individual client, we ask that all orders be placed carefully. By purchasing from CoCo Chenele, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies below.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit once an order has been placed.

Every Bespoke Wig is handcrafted exclusively for you.
Production begins shortly after payment has been successfully processed.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

The European Reserve Collection is produced in limited quantities using carefully selected premium European hair.
Each piece is handcrafted to order inside our atelier and is considered Final Sale.
