Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all items—including wigs, hair extensions, closures, and frontals—are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order units are created specifically for each client. As such, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

Order Accuracy & Agreement
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to checkout, including product specifications and shipping information.
Once an order is placed, no cancellations, changes, or modifications can be made.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all store policies.

Shipping & Delivery Confirmation
All orders are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, CoCo Chenele LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping provider.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for products that have been successfully processed and delivered in accordance with our policies.
Any chargeback filed in violation of these terms will be formally disputed with supporting evidence, including but not limited to:
• Proof of customer agreement to store policies
• Order confirmation and transaction records
• IP address and fraud verification data
• Shipping and carrier delivery confirmation (including signature)
We reserve the right to pursue further action in cases of fraudulent disputes.
