The Atelier Wig Concierge is an exclusive spa treatment designed for CoCo Chenele wig units only. Each unit is meticulously cleansed, conditioned, refreshed, and professionally styled to restore its beauty, softness, and longevity.

Your service includes:
• Deep cleansing shampoo
• Hydrating conditioning treatment
• Steam hydration
• Gentle detangling
• Blow dry & luxury restyle
• Luxury finishing & quality inspection
• Premium packaging

Convenient Service
• Mail your wig in or drop it off.
• Choose to have it shipped back or picked up.
• Return shipping is included in your $95 service.

Additional Service
Lace Replacement is available starting at $150 and covers lace 5x5. If your lace replacement requires a bigger size, please email after placing your order at support@cocochenele.com

Mail-In Clients
Email support@cocochenele.com to receive your complimentary prepaid shipping label and mailing instructions. Once your wig arrives at the Atelier, we’ll complete your concierge service and return it to you beautifully packaged.

Turnaround begins upon receipt of your wig 

Please Note: This service is exclusively for authentic CoCo Chenele wig units. Third-party wigs are not accepted.

Please allow 3–5 business days for completion after your wig is received. Turnaround begins once your unit arrives at the Atelier.
